Porcello Law represented Mother in a 5-year marriage. The Parties had two young children. The parties did not own any property, but had numerous parenting issues that needed to be worked out, as well as past due child support and uninsured medical and extracurricular costs owed to Mother by Father. The Parties attended the Pre-Trial conference, and were able to work out a full agreement, which set forth a detailed parenting plan and a detailed payment schedule providing Mother with all of the past due funds owed to her.
